These
rural homes for tourists are the result of the renovation (carried
out in November 2000) of houses whose origins go back to the year
1512.
They
are located in the district of "Buenavista de Arriba"
in a well known estate known as "La Principal" which
is included in the "Catalogue of the Protection of the Heritage
of the Municipality of Breña Alta" due to its antiquity
and importance.
The
restoration project was carried out in November 2000 and forms
part of the maintenance and conservation of the architectural
heritage of the different rural zones of the Canary Islands.
This
construction of traditional Canarian architecture is isolated
and surrounded by indigenous vegetation and is mainly based on
the cultivation of Strelitzias and fruit.
It is offered as individual property that makes up a part of the
registered estate. There are three houses for exclusive use. Two
of these have two double bedrooms, for a maximum capacity of four
people. The third is a studio for two people. All have a dining
room, kitchen, bathroom, external patio and vegetable garden.
It is a pleasure for us to offer you a place lost on time for
your magic holiday...
